All my situations are good..I have no problems..but I don't know why I have mood swings and social anxiety..when I wake up in the morning I feel the uneasiness..after 2hrs ..the uneasiness disappear..this happens often...I am unable to concentrate in my work..I m a mbbs student..I m happy with my profession..I have very good parents ..my periods are regular..why this kind of anxiety happens with me..I m depressed at times..I have fear of public speaking..why I feel like this

Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Anxiety can be managed unless it does not affect your daily living. If there is an impact on your day to day activities, medicines must be taken based on the intensity of the symptoms. If the symptoms becomes severe, please consult your nearest doctor. As you must be aware of the causes that can be linked to genetic predisposition, please follow a healthy lifestyle that will enable to overcome the symptoms.

Medicines like Sarasvata aristam- 20ml after food twice daily, Manasamitram vatakam - 1 tablet twice daily after food and Bhrma Rasayanam- 1tsp after food at bed time are effective and must be taken for a month and then review. Ayurvedic treatments like massage, pizhichal, shirodhara, shirovasti, nasyam will be beneficial which can be done after consulting an Ayurvedic physician.

Include walnut, berries, complex carbohydrates, fiber, pomegranate, green tea and olive oil. Reduce excess pungent foods, meat, caffeine, fat, oil, salt, sugar and refined flour. Yogasanas, Pranayamam, meditation, listening to music and regular counselling sessions will be beneficial to improve the psychological well-being.
