Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Increased uric acid causes gout or stones in kidney and is treated based on the cause. Ayurvedic medicines helps to reduce the level of uric acid and then will also reduce the stones. Limiting foods that are high in animal protein will be beneficial to prevent the further recurrence of stones.

Ayurvedic medicines like Varunadi Kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily, Nil stone and Divya Gokshuradi Guggulu can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Try to limit purine rich foods. Reduce excess asparagus, nuts, beans, yeast peas, bananas, mushrooms, sugar, salt and meat. Include barley, berries, turmeric, coriander and gokshuram. Healthy life style changes with exercise will be beneficial. Please do have regular checkups as advised.
