Intestetial Lung disease -ILD

Dear Sir, I am 34 yrs tetoteller male. I have a desk job with no direct exposer to pollution. However we had a pet which died 3yrs ago. I am suffering from ILD for last three years. symptoms: short of breath while running / climbing. and it takes almost 2 minutes to get my normal breath after running / climbing. History of cough and cold since childhood. CT scans: the inspiratory phase shows ground glass haze in lungs. In the expiratory phase, the air tapping shows regression. I have been given Omnacortil (steroid) for last 2 years with different potenties which has been stopped by docter for last 2 months as i have shown good recovery. However i have now started feeling the same problems again.
