Kidney Cyst

Namaskar Babaji, I did USG on last october and it is found that the left kidney enlarged in size with a cyst 4.8cm with thin wall & clear content at upper [pole,with thin septa.No solid component or calcification, no hydronephrotic change or clculus is seen, kidney measure 10.5cm and thick trabeculated wall & muscosal irregularity of urinary bladder & 22ml of postvoid residual urine,creatinine level 1.47mg/dl. Iam taking Mukta Vati please advice. Prabir Roy
