Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Dialysis is advised when GFR < 30 mL/min/1.73 m2 or in the later stages of Kidney disease and when the creatinine level goes beyond 9mg/dl. So dialysis supports the body to get rid of the wastes in an effective way. This helps the kidneys to function in a better way. Then the further continuation can be decided based on the blood reports. Please follow the advise of your treating physician.

Medicines like Punarnavadi kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food, Aluretic tablets and Divya Gokshuradi Guggulu - one tablet after food twice daily can be taken for a month and reviewed. These can be given as supportive medicines to improve the function of the kidney.

Include spinach, drumstick leaves, barley and coriander. Reduce excess canned foods, oil, refined flour, sugar, alcohol, caffeine, colas, red meat, organ meat, butter, dairy products, peas, nuts, beans, bananas, mushrooms, asparagus, yeast and avocados. Please do have regular checkups as advised.
