Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Please let me know all the reports to guide you further. I shall suggest you the basic medicines that will help to increase the function of the kidneys. Kidney problem arises in some after transplantation when the original cause damages the transplanted kidney or due to the affected immune system that affects the kidney after transplantation.

Dialysis is advised based on the increase in the creatinine level and eGFR. It is very important to treat it immediately to avoid complications.

Ayurvedic medicines like Punarnavadi kwath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food, Divya Gokshuradi Guggulu - 2tablets twice daily before food and Aluretic tablets - one tablet after food twice daily can be taken for a month and then reviewed.

Include berries, cumin seeds, coriander, barley and gokshuram. Reduce excess mush room, salt, meat, organ meat, butter, oil, refined flour, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and spicy foods. Please do have regular checkups to assess the function of the kidney and treat it accordingly.

Dialysis is advised as the kidney function deteriorates based on the blood test reports. It is recommended when the creatinine value is more than 8or 9mg/dl and the GFR less than 15. Please continue with dialysis, medications and regular checkups. Ayurvedic medicines can be taken along with your allopathy treatment to improve the function of the kidneys. Then the medicines can be tapered based on the blood test reports.

Ayurvedic medicines like Punarnavadi Kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and Divya Gokshuradi Guggulu can be taken for 3months and reviewed.

Include barley, goksuram, coriander, berries and turmeric. Reduce excess processes foods, canned foods, butter, bananas, meat, salt and peas. Try to do gentle exercise and drink water as advised by your treating physician. Please take rest when feeling tired for a better health
