Kidney stones

The symptoms such as burning urination, and low backache may lead to kidney stones, or formation of renal calculi. This may be a reason for your condition. Depending on the site, type, and size of renal stones, there may be difference in line of treatments.

Due to many factors such as urinary infection like drinking less fluids, excess medications, hyperthyroidism, gout, bowel inflammations, chronic constipation are main reasons. Symptoms such as Blockage of the urinary tract and pain in low back. Sometimes, consuming too much calcium, red meat, vitamin C in the diet, may also lead to renal calculi.

In order to prevent reoccurrence, and to prevent and to take precautionary measures, you can depend on ayurvedic medicines and other system of Indian medicines along with strict diet which includes consuming plenty of water, preferably barley water, and avoid large dosage of vitamin C and excessive usage of calcium-based antacids.

Avoid dairy products in excess, and tea, chocolate, coffee, nuts, palak or spinach, etc. which may lead to renal calculi formation.

However, you can consume vegetables (radish and cucumber), fruits (water melon) and cereals like horse gram and barley.

Regular intake of pumpkin or Loki juice along with honey in the morning empty stomach is also beneficial to reduce renal calculi.
