Kidney Transplant

My father's kidney has damaged 91% due to diabetes.
Now water is stagnating in stomach and it needs manual clearance.
Doctors suggested to have the Kidney transplanted.
His creatinine is 2.5
Please suggest if it can be cured by ayurvedic medicines or we have any hope on this.
