Knee and back problem 
i have problem in my back for nearly 7 years i have done MRI three times it shows my back i have problem in L4 and L5 they have told me to loose weight and also for my left knee i have wear and tear in the knee and suffer from sciatica pain in the left leg. i have done hystrectomy 5 years ago could you pls advise me i amd diabetic type 2 and take metformin 500mg 2 tablets morning and 2 in evening and also take taj powder and haldi with ginger powder every morning before tea. what is the difference between guggul and triphala guggul is it the same as triphala because i take triphala
