Knee joint pain and irregular dates this question feed

Namaskar,

I am 25 yrs old female. A month ago I visited one of Baba Ramdev asharm in Uttarakhand. I am suffering form a knee pains and irregulars periods.

My knees starts giving me trouble while stretching or I feel a mild pain whenever I am worked up. Second, I have way too off irregular cycle for my mensuration. Sometime I don't get my periods for 3 moths in straight and when it comes it will be something totally abnormal as wound not stay for more than one day, color and type will be very different from the regular periods.

So the doctor who was there in the Ramdev's one of facility has given me following medicines.

  1. Shilajit
  2. Chandraprabha vati
  3. Peedantak tallia for rubbing on my skin

I am also having very old burn scar on my body so Divya Kayakalp Tallia was given to apply there.

I just started applying everything and I ran into this website so I thought to check with you. You never mention about these medicines for other females who were suffering from irregular periods.

So what I am using will they gonna benefit me?

Hello madam, Since you have knee problem and irregular periods, they have suggested these medicines, this may be due to lack of nutrition and hormonal imbalance.

The following information may help you for the same problem, apart from the medicines you are taking, you can add the given medicine too.

Diet To prevent nutritional deficiencies that may cause menstrual irregularities which could lead to irregular menstruation, one should take supplements or eat foods that are rich in zinc (fish, poultry, lean meats) and vitamin B complex (green leafy vegetables, wheat germ and other fleshy vegetables). If you are not taking milk, you need to start taking milk, as it gives natural calcium and there wont be knee complaints.

Avoid constipating foods such as fried foods, sour foods, or protein-rich pulses, especially in the last week of the menstrual cycle. Omega-3 fatty acids are helpful which may obtained from fish. Vegetables such as papaya, drumstick, snake gourd, bitter gourd, cucumber are good for menstral related complaints.

Avoid potato, yellow pumpkin, eggplant in excess.

Suggested Yogasanas: Sarvagasana, Matsyasana, Ardhmatsyendrasana, Paschimottanasana, Surya namaskar, Ushtrasana and all backward bending asana are recommended but they should be try under the supervision of an expert. The Ushtrasana and Pashchimottasana are more effective.
