Leg pain behind my knee.both legs

gud day,my wife has been suffering frm legs pain,since 7years n i hav tried all doctors n hospitals but ther has bin no effect at all,her pain always start at bout after 8pm n will go on till 4 or 5 in d morning,wen she gets d pain she will b in great pain n she will b walking all over the house n she will not remember wat she does wen d she is in pain she will cry n wans to cut her legs off dat sort of pain she has,pls help me i cant c her in pain as im a working man n always i stay awake wit her,pls advise,,thank you
