Less vision due to retinopathy

guruji my son who is 2 and a half years old had laser on retinopathy now his vision is 13 and 13.5 so is there any medicine for stopping the vision loss

Hello, Diminished vision in your child is due to past history of retinopathy and you mention that surgery has been done. Since your child is 2 ½ years, you can only try to give supplements and balanced diet. Alternative therapies can also implemented as indicated. Adequate amounts of nutrition is also important. Try to start green leafy vegetables, milk, cheese, butter containing vitamin A. Fibre rich foods, carrots, spinach can be given. Consuming fruits like apple, grapes, papaya etc are also very useful to improve vision. Regular check ups with an ophthalmologist is indicated. Panchakarma treatment: Tarpana (eye nourishment) with goat milk is indicated. Aravindasavam can be consumed regularly with the quantity of 10 ml twice a day after food.
