i have some time hart burn problems same as hyper acidity liver burning and pain as same to back side of steams please tell me about divya medicines

Hello,

As you are suffering from hyperacidity, and complaining of back pain and feeling of burning sensation. These symptoms are suggestive of hyperacidity if it is chronic, one should consult doctor for proper diagnosis, and if there is any other complaints such as regurgitation, or chest burning sensation, indigestion, and other related gastric complaints which may be aggravating hyperacidity. Heart burns are also symptoms. There are many methods to manage acidity. You need to follow proper timings of food and avoid food items which may aggravate hyperacidity such as sour food items, spicy foods, oily foods which may aggravate hyperacidity. Following medicines are helpful such as Hyperacidity package medicine which contains Avipattikara Curna which is helpful for controlling acidity and helps to relieve constipation, and other medicines such as Mukta-Shukti Bhasm, Mukta Pisti, and Kamadudha Rasa are the medicines which can be consumed. Other medicines such as Sooktyn, Alsarex, and Kamadudha Ras Motiyukta are sever acidity.

You can practice yoga and pranayama which are helpful such as Vajrasana, Bhujangasana, Surya Namaskara, Salabhasana, and Shavasana, and following pranayama such as Bhastrika Pranayama, Shitali pranayama, Shitkari pranayama, and Jallundhar Bandha and Kunjal Kiriya are the yoga and pranayama procedures which enhances the functioning of intestines and enhances digestion.
