I have suffer from joindis in year 2004, my liver very painful at this time. so i admit in hospital & i have healthy. But my liver pain is not go & continue pain after 5 years. plz give me treatment

Hello, As you have jaundice with abnormal liver profile, there is necessity to enhance liver function with other Indian system of medicines and other alternative therapies with yoga and pranayama. To prevent recurrence and to maintain proper metabolism, you need to control diet, and avoid spicy, oily foods, etc. Consume fresh leafy vegetable, fruit juice, fresh carrot juice, fresh tomato juice, radish leaves juice, sugar cane juice etc are useful, can consume butter milk, wheat grass juice, apple etc are useful. Ayurvedic medicines liver are Liverex and Udaramrit Vati and using Punarnavarishtam are useful. Follow regular exercises and practice Pranayama and yoga which are useful.
