Medicine for childrren 
Hi, My daughter and son is always down with cold and fever. by Baba Ramdev , there is giloy available as medicine, which medicine package is suitbale for children and what is dosage. Whay to take daily that the problem does occur at all.

Hi, welcome to myyog.com. Basically in children from age group of 1 year to 16 years do suffer from common cold and cough, which occurs due to less immunity power. So we need to restore and increase the immunity power. So, try to avoid exposure to cold climate, and not to take cold food items. In order to gain immunity power and to prevent reoccurrence of cold and cough you may give some long term medications such as cough and cold medicine package and medicines to increase immunity power, you can give Himalaya Septilin daily one tab.
