Medicines for intestinal burning

Respected Sir/Dr
I am suffering from intestinal burning/pain since this morning and i have been to toilet some 7 times. The stool is not so liquid but yes it's painful.
My mom has infused some grains (here we call it ti lani-it is star shaped) and the pain has gone down to some extent.
In the past two days i have eaten lots of chillies/spice/oil containing food.
Please advise what to do, i will be very greatful to you Sir.
