i am preparing for the civil services but some times i feel very light and lack of concentration in my studies.please suggest me any medicine for which has no side effects on body.

The memory, logical thinking, concentration are considered as the function of the brain. So a healthy diet and physical as well as mental exercise are necessary to improve the function.

Ayurvedic medicines like Brahmi capsulesand Saraswatha aristam - 25ml twice daily can be taken for 3months and reviewed.

Eat healthy food with whole grains, garlic, spinach, pomegranate, dark chocolate, olives, avocados, green tea, cinnamon, ghee.
