Hello, After attaining puberty in both males and females, there may be some hormonal changes which will cause pimples or acne which differs from person to person. As you are complaining of acne and dark circles, with black spots or also called as black heads and this pattern is mainly due to lack of hygiene. There are many glands in skin in which there will be secretions physiologically and these glands may secrete more after attaining puberty and at that time, if you are not able to maintain proper hygiene, there may be blockage of openings of glands and you may get acne. In order to prevent pimples, you need to maintain hygiene which is very important. When you use your nails to pluck acne, there may be chances of dark spots which may take time to become normal. Following medicines are helpful such as Chirata Plus Blood Purifier, Package Medicine for Acne and Pimples which contains Divya Kaya Kalp Vati, Divya Nimb Ghan Vati, and Divya Kanti Lep for external application.
