Expert's Advice:- Hello, After attaining menopause, there may be lots of changes in hormones which may lead to post menopausal symptoms like hot flushes, irritability etc, which includes weight alteration. In your case, it may be a reason or due to any reason, there may be overweight or obesity which has to be analyzed properly. In your cases as per your given data, your BMI or Body Mass Index is 53.29 which is very higher and considered as obesity where you need to take special care to avoid the risk of cardiac diseases. Though it is difficult task, you can try following with Indian system of medicines and alternative therapies such as yoga and pranayama and physical exercises. Ayurvedic treatments are very helpful. If you have any other illnesses, you need to mention them. You can follow proper balanced diet which is very important. If you are not in calcium supplement, you can try consuming them. Include fiber-rich foods, and avoid oily foods, spicy foods, sour food items. You can consume lukewarm regularly. Consume vegetables in the form of soups and cooked. You can have fruits and juices too. You can consume medicines of ayurveda such as Triphala churnam can be consumed with honey or lukewarm water. You can consume Pathya Punarnavadi Kashayam with Fresh Dudhi early in the morning in empty stomach. You can also have Divya Loki Juice and Ayurslim and weight balance medicine which are helpful.
