Hello, There are many kinds of mental illnesses. Depending up on the condition of patient, there may be different lines of treatment. After identifying proper root cause, line of treatment should be followed. After proper counselling, you can go for alternative therapies and Indian system of medicines such as ayurveda, siddha, and other system of medicines such as yoga and pranayama, naturopathy, acupressure, and acupuncture are useful.
