respected mam , I have memory loss problem( 2005).while i was in college first time after getdown from bus i was totally loss for few second .i was not konwn where to go,everything was flushout .quickly i overcome and it became normally afterwords it frequently happen in night .i come in street and forget everything for few second afterwords i recall everythings. it happen more than 9 years same things happen , i meet psycatrist and try to resolve this problem .but after one year tretment no improvement came . now a days i am doing yoga of kapalbhati and anulom bilom daily by seeing baba ramdev and not taking any medicine from anywhere.i never meet accident, but while i was in my mom garbh(womb)she have a serious ill histeria.is it a symtomps of that problem. i am 29 year,male now recently married ,sleep deep ,appetite fine,urine often came yellow ,doing exercise daily and yoga,

Memory problems arise irrespective of the age. The brain is neuroplastic in which the function depends on the way we use it. Maintaining a proper healthy lifestyle with diet, physical and mental exercise helps to improve the circulation which in turn will improve its function. Memory and the way we retain it, retrieve it depends on the function of the brain.

Medicines like Sarasvata aristam, Brahmi Ghrtam - 1tsp at bedtime can be taken for 3months. Ayurvedic treatments like Shirodhara, Shirovasti, Oil massage, Pizhichal, Shiro Picu are very effective.

Try to eat healthy food with fiber and complex carbohydrates. Include green tea, garlic, spinach, pomegranate, dark chocolate, olives, avocados, cinnamon and basil. Yogasanas like Utkadasna, Paschimottasana, Dhanurasana, Uthithapadasana, Padahastasana, Halasana, Supported Sarvangasana, Matsyasana, Shalabhasana, Shavasana are beneficial. Pranayamam, Yoga nidra, Meditation benefits the function of the brain and so many researches proves that it makes a big difference. Playing games like scrabbles, crosswords, chess are beneficial.
