Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Migraine headache sometimes follows a family history with symptoms like throbbing headache, nausea, vomiting, photosensitivity to light. Many of them manage it very well with proper lifestyle changes. Duodenal ulcer is the inflammation in the duodenum which causes pain after three hours of eating. It must be treated properly which otherwise will worsen the symptoms like pain, alteration in the bowel habits, bloating.

Medicines like Migraine headache Ayurvedic Package medicine, Alsarex Tablets for Acidity can be taken for a month and reviewed.

Eat healthy food with complex carbohydrate and do not skip eating meals at proper times. Try to eat little more frequently. Exercise regularly. Yogasanas, Pranayamam, Meditation and Yoganidra will help to increase the oxygenation of the tissues thereby reducing the attacks.
