Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Hello,

As migraine headache is related with many other associated factors like sinusitis, or general vascular headaches which may be longterm and the probable reasons would be different from different persons and the basic root factors are related with both physical and psychological factors like stress or anxiety, or heavy workload, working in night shifts may trigger or aggravate headache. After analysing these factors, one should go for combined treatments which include ayurveda, siddha, and other system of medicines including yoga and pranayama which may help to relieve from stress and gradually reduce headache. You can consume the following medicines which help to prevent headache such as Package Medicine which contains Divya Medha Kwath, Divya Mukta Pisti, Divya pravala Pisti, Divya Godanti Bhasma, Divya Medha Vati for internal usage. If there is any habits like smoking or alcohol, that should be avoided. Anuloma-Viloma pranayama and suryanamaskara is indicated. Avoid consuming food items which may aggravate headache. If there is sinusitis complaints, that should be managed with medicines. In ayurveda, Panchakarma treatment like Nasyam or nostril installation of medicated drops are helpful.
