The complaint shows that you have the symptoms of Oral submucous fibrosis or OSF. OSF is a chronic debilitating disease characterized by inflammation and progressive fibrosis of the submucosal tissues, including oral cavity and even pharynx. This is mainly due to chewing of areca nut and tobacco, or any combinations called quid.

First thing is you need to stop areca nut and combinations permanently. There is grading for this disease. If OSF is moderate to severe, proper care has to be taken. Apart from allopath medicine, there is necessity of physical therapies. In the similar way ayurveda treatments are useful.

Panchakarma treatments such as Nasya Karma and fomentation with milk and herbal decoctions are very useful. To prevent further deterioration you can consume ayurvedic medicines.

In order to avoid complications, you should be careful and follow strict balanced diet.

Herbal medicines such as Haridra, Ashwagandha, Harithaki, etc are useful. Triphala churnam is useful if consumed with sugarcane juice is good to cure sarcomas.

Consume Varunadi Kashayam is useful medicine and acts anti-cancerous and good for curing oral submucous fibrosis
