Hello,

In multiple sclerosis, nervous system is involved and inflammatory symptoms are seen. Hence, it can not be totally cured by pranayama. Pranayama is a part of the treatment. Along with pranayama, you have to follow medications along with necessary treatments such as panchakarma treatment. In order to enhance the functioning of sensory and motor nervous system on should follow combined therapy. You have to follow well balanced diet, include raw vegetables like grated carrots and beet root or cabbage, and regular intake of fruit juice is important. Avoid fatty food, sugar, caffeine, alcohol and smoking, excessive diary products. Use olive oil or coconut oil or refined oil for cooking and eat dark green leafy salads.

You can use Multiple Sclerosis Medicine Package along with Shudda Guggulu.

With regards, Dr.Vijay.
