Muscle cramps this question feed

Adarniya Guruji,

My wife is suffering from muscle cramps & joint pain from last two years.

She is having hyothyroid, at present taking one tablet of 100mg Thyronorm daily in the morning. She is 5' 5" tall, Wt.83kg, BP 130/80.

She gets muscle cramps in shoulders, lower back, upper & lower limbs, hand fingers & feet. She has pain in joints of her hand fingers & knee.

She walks for 20min daily in morining & doing 15 min. pranayams from last three months.

Her MRI report shows very minor bulge in L5 S1 disc but it is not pressing any nerve as per doctor.

She has heavy menstruation, 2 polyps were there & are removed, no fabroids still menstruation is heavy.

Please guide us what to do.

Hello sir,

There are multiple problems in your wife, hypothyroidism, is the main issue and associated with menorrhagia which, and obesity (she comes under class I obesity with BMI of 30.49 as per details given). These all three factors are mainly due to hormonal imbalance which as to be rectified and is difficult task where you need to depend on allopath medicines wherever is necessary.

Along with allopath medicines, she can take the support of alternative medicines which are very helpful such as ayurveda, siddha, homeopathy, naturopathy, and even yoga and pranayama which are very supportive and helps to maintain mental stability.
