My 2.5 years son is constipated.

hello dr. My 2.5 yrs is severe constipated.he passes potty after 3-4 days that is in ball shapes and with blood.I tried all types of medicines but ni benifits.He doesn't take meal also.he is just 10 kg. please advice me what should I do?

hello dr. I have consulted many paediatricians from lasr 2.5 yrs. because he is constipated from birth.at the time of his birth he suffered with blood infection and have to give him many anti-biotics.I have tried alopathy,hameopathy and whatever the people said....like many home remedy.This place is last hope for me.
