Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Please send me the ultrasound scan report and other investigations to guide you further. Kidney stones less than 5mm are managed with Ayurvedic medicines. Kidney stones are basically treated based on the symptoms. Please let me know the medicines that has been taken to understand it. Try to drink enough water which will be beneficial.

Ayurvedic medicines like Varunadi Kvath - 15ml with 60ml of warm water before food twice daily and Calcury tablets can be taken for a month and then reviewed. The medicines has to be continued for 3-6months and then reassessed with investigation.

Include coriander, plantain stem, horse gram, barley, gokshuram and fiber. Reduce excess meat, wheat bran, spinach, soya, chocolates and nuts. Yogasanas like marjaryasana, baddhakonasana, halasana, bhujangasana, pavanamuktasana, trikonasana and dhanurasana can be practised. Please do have regular checkups.
