3. It also dries the excess mucus & ama that comes with high kapha aggravations.


4. It is a good choice where there might be ulceration & inflammation of the mucous membranes in the intestines; ulcers, colitis, Crohn’s disorder.


5. The fresh fruit is more of a laxative used in summer to cool the system.
