Need help to reduce weight

I am 27 year old female and i weigh 84 kg right now.I started gaining weight after 9th standard and its almost 13 years.also my hair have gone thin and they fall a bit and have got irregular periods too.I dont have thyroid issues ,but do have digestive and menstrual issues.
Please help me reduce weight in a permanent manner ,i dont know how to start.Also if you can give me contact details of any of your doctors in bangalore it will be good.please suggest any medicine which can help me in this. and how much time it will take me to reduce 22 kgs?

as per u said i think u may have hormonal disturbance ..if ur periods is less or comes after a 35 to60days u should go for a scan also ..it can be pcod ... for reducing weight i suggest u to follow a strict diet which should be small n freqent to crub ur desire also ...include fruits n veg in ur diet .. dont take any kind of fast food ,choclates ,ice cream ,sweets etc.. n include loosening exercise n yoga asana - side twist , forward n backwardn lateral jogging paschimouttan asana ,surya namaskar ,ardhkati chakra asana ,pawan mukta asana ,n also pranyam include sectional breathing ,anulom vilom ,n kapalbhati under a yoga instructor ...n u can take divya medohar vati 2 tab mor n. n eve. ..triphala powder 1 tspoon in night with warm water.. posted by dr. ankita on 31 January 2010 12:38
