Hello,

Due changes in the hormones in puberty, there will be changes in the secondary sexual organs. In few teenage individuals, there will be lumpy mass in the nipple area which is common in many cases.

There will be stiffness, and tenderness too. This will subside gradually. If you have too much pain, you need to consult a physician personally. It should not be misunderstood with gynecomastia. There is nothing to worry regarding this.

However, you can follow some therapies in alternative medicines like local massage and fomentation. The lump could be fatty or adipose tissues, this can be reduced easily with ayurvedic medicines.

Some suggested ayurvedic medicines like Medohar vati is good medicine to consume.

Follow strict diet and balanced diet and avoid oily foods, spicy foods.

With regards, Dr.Vijay.
