NonAlcoholic Steatohepatitis with Evidence of Cirrhosis..a Silent liver disease 

Hello guruji, My husband is diagonised as NASH(Non-Alcoholic steatohepatitis) with evidence of Cirrhosis after Liver biopsy last month. n also other tests as Esophageal Varices.. Duodenal Mucosal biopsy- says Suggest serological test for Coeliac disease. He was having little ascites collected at the abdomen at the time of Admit. Ascites has been taped of now. now there is no blunting of stomach.. His Medical history since 2 yrs was :Acidity, Weight loss(from 58 to 44 kgs now), Skin allergies..started with leg swelling (edema), and Malabsorption syndrome as tests reports.. Dr. has told to be in followup for Dietician ...and LFT to b in check for every month.As Drs say there is no treatment or Drugs available for this disease. V r worried abt...and i wanted him to go for Ayurvedic treatment or medicine so as his cirrhosis part should be improved. But my husband is scared to go for Ayurvedic since allopathis Dr. suggested not to take any ayur medicines..Since i have heard from many n have come across websites..n friends..saying Liv -52 is good to maintain liver health. n also v hav come across with some website of Savliv drops...Please suggest us as v are confused wat to follow up and i wanted to confirm my husband that there is no side affects with ayurvedic medicines ..for his above mentioned disease . Kindly give us solution for this confusion and any proper treatments available for this to treat well in Haridwar...
