Numness due to Cauda Equina Syndrome 
After an accident i suffered from Cauda equina syndrome 3yrs back.My sacral region is numb due to which i got urine incontinance(bed wetting) and eretile dysfunction. I have discussed with many doctors(Allopathy) but all said there is no treatment for this...Is it curable in Ayurveda or any other therapy...plz hepl me out of this hell disease....I m 29yrs old,wt.65...

Hello, As it is understood that you were suffered from accident, resulting with caudaequina syndrome where the nerve endings of spinal cord due to which, there is weakness in lower portion of the body and there may be urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction and of course with the help of ayurvedic medicines and ayurvedic therapies such as ayurveda Panchakarma treatments, you can manage with this complaint, and however, you need to go for lifestyle modification too such as seating arrangement should be changed where your vertebral spine should not touch the seating portion of chair, and there are herbal enema treatments which are also helpful. Following medicines are helpful to reduce pain and to get relieved from erectile dysfunction and other irregularities such as Divya Shilajeet Sat, Divya Saptavimshati Guggulu, Divya Trayodashang Guggulu for pain and to strengthen the lower portion of the body. In ayurveda, Enema or Matravasti is very helpful treatment to improve the movements, pain and neuralgia. Yoga and pranayama are helpful measures to maintain strength in lower portion of the body.
