Respected Sir,
My son who is 13 years old is suffering from bet wetting problem sometimes.
Kindly let me know is there any treatment in your clinic.
My self is married (43) female, Height 5' and weight is 86 KG. I want to loose weight upto 20-25 kg but after making great efforts I cannot achieve the goal. Last year I reduced it about 8 KG by doing some exercise and diet plan it comes to 77 KG. After One year it is same at 86 Kg. I have found that I have thyroid TSH-8.8, HB - 9.5. Doctor says that I have water retention problem in our body.
Kindly suggest me some medicine for these problems and achieve my goal to redouce the 20-25 Kg which will cure.
Please give the suitably reply for the same.

Expert's Advice:- Hello, Bedwetting is also called as Nocturnal enuresis. Nocturnal enuresis is involuntary urination that occurs at night. Medically it is of primary and secondary. Primary nocturnal enuresis happens when early stages before 6 months. Secondary nocturnal enuresis is after 6 months to several years. There may be many reasons for nocturnal enuresis. After identifying proper root cause, this has to treated well. If it is of hormonal imbalances or ADH hormone imbalance, that should be rectified. If there is psychological factors like fear, or phobia, that should be identified well and proper counselling is recommended. Healthy diet is recommended. Leafy vegetables and fibres, almonds, milk and sesame can be taken which are abundant in magnesium, calcium and silica. Avoid liquids, sweets, meat, chocolate, artificial additives etc, before bedtime. Proper training and adequate positive reinforcement is necessary. In ayurveda, there is a medicine called Balasarvanagam which is having some positive factors for controlling bedwetting. For more details, you can contact us. Hello, As there are many reasons for obesity. Mainly there will be hormonal imbalances, and due to irregular food factors, irregular lifestyle etc. As your BMI is more than 30 +, it is considered as obesity. As your TSH levels and hemoglobin also a factor. You need to take proper care for reducing weight. Though it is difficult process, you need so much patience, it takes so much time and it is a gradual process. Follow proper balanced diet and you have to follow restricted diet. You can consume split meals but reduce the quantity of food. Consume light foods which is easily digestible such as oats, flakes etc, fiber-rich food, vegetables, fruits etc are important. Yoga and pranayama are very helpful. Some home tips are like consuming Triphala churnam 1 tsp with lukewarm water. Or same triphala churnam with honey in the empty stomach. Drinking warm water, ginger tea, herbal tea, green tea, apple juice, mango, papaya juices etc are useful. Beet roots, Carrot, Asparagus, Cabbage, mint, bitter gourd, etc are useful.
