Babaji Pranam

I am a 29 yr old female having a 3 yr old son. I have always been obese all through my life and currently weighing 100 kgs. I started putting on weight since my menstruation started. My height is 5'1". I have a tendency of putting on weight even I if do excercise/yoga/dieting etc. I have PCOS and water retention patterns, My weight fluctuates 1-2 kgs next day. Please help me reduce my weight and PCOS.

I had a ceaserean baby as my BP was quite high at that time. I feel I have depression and lot of mood swings.

PLEASE HELP ME..

Yours Respectfully Aman

PCOS or polycystic ovary syndrome is very common cause for irregular weight gain and mod swings. PCOS results in hormonal imbalance in body and causes menstrual cycle irregularities, facial hairs, fast weight gain, pain in pelvis, painful and heavy menstruation and in severe cases may cause infertility or premature delivery. All your problems are associated with PCOS and treatment of PCOS will slowly reduce all your pains and problems. We recommend you to make a regular course of complete menorrhagia with Divya ashokarishta for complete treatment of all your problems associated with PCOS. Apart from these medicines take DIVYA MEDOHAR VATI to decrease weight naturally. These are safe natural medicines to cure cysts from ovaries and related hormonal imbalance. The facial hairs, abnormal weight gain, depression or mood swigs, irregular periods etc can be cured permanently by regular use of these medicines. Take these medicines regularly for almost three to four months, increase water intake and be regular with exercises. A regular pranayams and yogic exercises routine will help in reducing weight faster.
