Obesity, stones in kidney,thyroid 
namaste guruji, i am a 30 years old woman and my weight is 56 Kgs..its been a year now, i am doing kapal bhati (not regularly)and i have lost 12Kgs (initially it was 68). I got Thyroid during pregnancy and have stones in my both the kidney. I am also suffering with regular pain in joints, back and legs.
i loose weight very slowly and as soon as i strat eating my regular meals like chapaties, small quantity of rice etc., again i start gaining weight.
I can't take milk because of stones and eating cucumber,carrot, some fruits and sprouts doesn't satisfy me and i feel weak also. i only drink warm water(around 3 to 4 lt a day)
I still want to loose some weight, can you please suggest me some diet plan and solutions to my above mentioned problems.
