Hello, Basically, there will be slight variations in size of testis, and it is physiological and there is nothing to worry regarding the same issue. When there is temperature variations there may be size variations and that depends on muscles such as Cremaster muscle action and there is nothing to worry about sexual life. However, you can go for consultation with a doctor and get it examined for particular issues as there are certain irregularities or testicular problems and those should be ruled out. If you have pain, which is temporary, there is nothing to worry regarding this issue. If the pain is long term, you need to see doctor. Following medicines are helpful such as Divya Chandraprabha vati, Divya Shilajit rasayan vati, Divya Kanchanar guggulu, Divya Punarnvadi Mandur, Ashwagandha capsule for internal medicines. You can follow proper diet which is very helpful and well-balanced diet is indicated for your condition. Avoid spicy food, oily foods, sour food items, and avoid strenuous activities.
