my brother in law suffering fm pain in left femer joint.His left knee as well as Sin bone gotbroken in a accident in 2007.Broken parts were fully in agood condition. Since last 5/6 month he feels slightly pain in left femer joint .he went to three doctors in S.K. SONI Hospital , S.D.M. Hospital at jaipur as well as a well known orthopidic DR,at Gurgaon .All of three Dr examined him & give report that there is a ball in our femer joint .that ball has lost its actual shape due to blockage of blood circulation . Dr. told hih that till the time you can bear , bear it .at a stage when you will be unable to bear it then only a solution is to replace that ball in femer by surgical operation . One more thing that his whole left leg seeme to be slightly weak in respect of right leg. hence respected sir you are heartly requested to suggest any measure to solve this problem so that he may live his life without being a handicaped person .He is a 21 years old boy. Hello, As you mentioned that your brother in-law has an accident from which his bones and joints of leg is not well. As doctors suggested that surgery is an option finally. You may rethink about it. If surgery is mandatory, you have to go for that. Apart from this, in order to gain proper strength, and to maintain proper flexibility of joints, you can advise him to consume ayurvedic medicines which are helpful. There are other system of medicines which are also helpful to maintain proper joint strength such as siddha, homeopathy, etc. Yoga and pranayama are also very helpful. You need to advise proper balanced diet which is important. Avoid infections by taking proper self care. There are few ayurvedic medicines which helps for post trauma. Few suggestive medicines are Divya Lakshadi Guggulu is very useful medicines for broken bones and to strengthen the joints. Singhnad Guggulu, Trayodashang Guggulu are very useful medicines.
