HI, I AM 24YRS UNMARRIED GIRL, I WANT TO DISCUSS ONE PROBLEM WITH YOU, 1ST DAY OF MY PERIOD I GET PAIN LEFT SIDE OF ABDOMINAL CAVITY & LEFT LEG ALSO, PLEASE ADVISE ME WHICH TYPE OF YOGA OR MEDICINE FOR THE QUERY FOR THE PROBLEM. also i am taking weight loss medicine from patanjali chikistalay.

Hello madam, The complaint from your end is compared with colic pain and which is related with menstruation also called as dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea is very common problem faced by female in early stages and those who are lean in build. However, your problem will get solved with the help of alternative therapies.
