Pancreas cyst. 
i had a major surgory regarding pancreas. ive been to icu for around twenty days and then operate after two month . i had a drinking habit . doctor told me that i had a cyst on pancreas tail. and it has remove now. after all that i ve got diabitish. doctor told me that they have cut my half pancreas. doctor told me that i might get this pancreas cyst again in future. i have also smoking habit. and now some times i drink alcohol. now i have to leave all this stuff but i cant make it out. cant control myself to keep away from all this. now can u please suggest me remmidies and if there is any course regarding this, like art of living,rehabilitation,etc... in pitanjali at haridwar.

For your information pancreatic cyst reason would be as follows. The common cause for pancreatitis is gallstone history, trauma, any kind of GI disturbances may lead to pancreatic cyst. Depending up on the site, it may give certain symptoms such as abdominal pain, low back pain, bloating etc. So to prevent these complications, you need to avoid smoking and follow proper balanced diet. Avoid consuming spicy food, street vendor foods, and oily foods. In order to avoid hyperacidity, you need to be on easily digestible food and liquid foods.
