Panis problem 
Pranam baba ji,
I am 29 years unmarried boy, I have some problem like 1.My panis is not standing for more minutes, 2.My panis size at standing position approx 4"enches I want to do gain height to panis and also mota, 3.My leaking problem starting from last 10 years whenever I think sexually things.
