Doctor's Ayurvedic Advice:-

Stroke occurs due to infarct or haemorrhage. The recovery depends on the intensity of the damage to the brain. Please let me know all the investigation reports to guide you further. Ayurvedic medicines and treatments will help to improve the muscle tone. Earlier the treatment, better will be the results, but research suggests there will be improvement even after 2years. Ayurvedic medicines like Maha rasanadi kwath - 15ml of kwath with 60ml of warm water before food twice dialy and Simhanada guggulu can be taken for a month and reviewed. Ayurvedic treatments like oil massage, pizhichal, leaf poultice, podi kizhi and rice poultice are beneficial to strengthen the muscles. Dhanvantaram thailam can be applied externally. Include bottle gourd, coriander, drumstick leaves, celery, ginger, turmeric, garlic and cinnamon. Reduce excess meat, pungent spicy foods, salt, refined flour, canned foods, cold refrigerated foods, sugar and oil.
