PCOD 
I am 37 year old widow (no kids). I have irregular and scanty periods in my youth. I have taken so many medicines like allopathy, ayurveda, etc. but no result. After my marriage, I used to take birth control pills for 8 months (at the age of 33). Recently, after seeing sonography, doctor told me that no improvement in my disease. From 6 months, there is no bleeding in periods. Only spotting for first two days. Now, I am planning to marry, but I am very confused that whether I can have kids. My height is 157 cms, weigth 60 kg, thyroid and sugar tests are normal (family history of diabetes).
Please advise, taking ashokarishtam and doing yoga will solve my problem. How it can be taken and which yoga you suggest me to do.
I am very much depressed. please please give your valuable advice at the earliest possible.

Hello madam, As you have irregularity in periods which shows there is irregularity in hormones. As you have scanty periods which may affect normal ovulation, you need special care. Your body mass index is 24.34 where you come under overweight category. So you need to reduce your weight with the help of exercises and diet plans. After identifying the cause, you need to follow proper line of treatment. As doctor’s say that you have no progress in ultrasonography. In your case, as you have PCOD, that can be managed well with medicines and with the help of Indian system of medicines such as ayurveda, siddha, homeopathy, and other system of medicines this complaint can be solved. If you have any infections, that can be reduced with ayurvedic medicines. Yes, you can consume Ashokarishtam along with Indukantham Kashayam which is useful. PCOD Package Medicine is helpful.
