sir iam suffering from pcod since 10 years after spent thousands of rupees again iam standing on the same place and facing this problem i consult your patajali centre they give me medicine and told me to continue for 3 months how long will it be good to complete cure

Hello madam, Polycystic ovarian disease is a disease with fluid filled sacs surrounding ovaries. In your case, you are suffering from PCOD since 10 years. There are many symptoms like irregular ovulation, hormonal imbalances, androgen abnormalities are most common. Due to irregular food habits, lifestyle, hereditary factors etc are main reasons. In order to prevent the progress of the disease, Indian medicines are helpful such as ayurveda, homeopathy, siddha, and yoga and meditation. Avoid using oily foods, spicy foods in excess. Try to follow balanced diet which is very useful. In order to avoid stress and anxiety, you can do yoga and meditation. You can consume milk, fruits, vegetables, legumes, butter milk etc. Few yoga poses like Vajrasana, Paschimottasana, Suryanamaskara, Sarvanagasana etc are very helpful.
