Hello madam, Polycystic ovarian disease is a health problem that can affect a woman's menstrual cycle, ability to have children, hormones, heart, blood vessels, and appearance. With PCOS, women typically have:

*High levels of androgens or hormonal imbalances. *Missed or irregular periods *Many small cysts in their ovaries or surrounding the ovaries (Cysts are fluid-filled sacs.)

Polycystic ovarian disease is due to hormonal imbalance which occurs due to improper food habits. It may be wise to alter your diet, include more fruits and vegetables, or follow a vegetarian diet until the ovarian cysts shrink or dissolve. Other recommendations include diets rich in fruits, vegetables, garlic, legumes and whole grains. Eating less sugar and white flour will help to get rid from this problem. Consuming butter milk will help.

Suggested Yogasanas: Sarvagasana, Matsyasana, Ardhmatsyendrasana, Paschimottanasana, Surya namaskar, Ushtrasana and all backward bending asana are recommended but they should be try under the supervision of an expert. The Ushtrasana and Pashchimottasana are more effective.

Suggested medicines: M2-tone, and consuming INDUKANTHAKASHYAM and DRAKSHADI KASHAYAM in equal quantities (30ml)before food is good for preventing recurrence of ovarian cysts.
