i m 24 years age and i m unmarried , my foreskin of penis is too much long covering the whole head of penis , it has smegma accumulated inside the foreskin of penis , i m not easily able pull backward and forward the foreskin , i washed it many times but it still accumulates inside the foreskin , i think i will face sex problem in the future, please help me about t his.
