I have Piles from 1 month and i'm very much disturbed physically and emotionally..i feel i got this cos of my first job which requires me to work 9 hrs a day siiting at one place. Please suggest me some remedy. I have consultated a Doc and she said its piles or else i would just ignore this problem.. I dnt get blood but its painful and lot of burning sensation after passing Bowel..plz help..i'm on Himalaya Pilex and a laxative syrup"

Hello,

Due to sedentary lifestyle and stressful lifestyle, even due to hereditary, you may get this problem. Ano-rectal disorders are usually due to improper diet and eating spicy foods, this may occur.

The first this you need to do is follow strict diet which is very important. Avoid consuming oily foods, spicy foods items. Follow proper timings of food intake. Avoid consuming non-vegetarian food in excess. Consume fibre rich food regularly.

If you have constipation, that has to be rectified immediately as this is the main factor which affect the process of digestion and may lead to piles or fissures.

The problem which you are facing is mainly fissures which are healed may cause itching, and pain.

You can practice yoga and pranayama which is helpful for the same complaint. You can do exercise regularly.

There are many ayurvedic medicines which are helpful for the same complaint.

Arshkalp Vati, and Triphala Guggulu are useful and can be consumed twice daily after food. Another medicine Kutajavaleha is very useful.
