Piles problem

Piles is a complaint pertaining to anorectal area where there is enlarged and engorged blood vessels in and around the rectum or anus which may lead to pain, itching, swelling and in few cases, there may be chances of infections. Usually piles do occur to irregular food habits, chronic constipation, flatulence, etc. In certain cases it happens as a hereditary, and even it occurs as occupational hazards.

Since you are having long term piles complaint, it may take some time to rectify the problem. You need to have regular follow-ups with doctor and get it examined.

You can follow few home tips to relieve constipation, like consuming lukewarm wtare or water stored in copper vessel for overnight is also helpful.

Consume high-fiber foods like green leafy vegetables, fresh fruits, butter milk, and whole grain cereals like wheat, barley, oats, corn, rice etc are also useful.

You can also consume Suran or Yam vegetable.

Avoid prolonged sitting or standing positions as it puts pressure on the ano-rectal region.

General yoga and pranayama are helpful.
