Hello, Acne or pimples do occur due to many reasons. Usually, after attaining puberty, there will be changes in secondary sexual characters and hormonal imbalances do take place and accordingly, there will be appearance of acne or acne vulgaris if bumps occur on back. If you are not following proper diet, or not following personal hygiene, there may be chances of recurrence and getting infections. If you are manipulating acne by using finger nails, there may be recurrent infections and appearance of scar marks or black spots, and it may consume much time to get cured. There are certain herbal remedies that help you to prevent from acne. If you are having stress or anxiety, it can be managed with yoga and pranayama. As per your query, it is not quite possible to cure acne only with yoga and pranayama. Hence, it is advised that to follow combined treatments. The following medicines will help you, you can consume herbal drinks such as Aloevera juice and Amla juice that are helpful for nourishment. Triphala Churna is useful for maintain proper and regular bowels. Avoid chemical based creams or applications over the skin. To maintain hygiene you can wash your face with Himalaya neem face wash,.
