Pimples and to improve lusture 
I was having pimples at my teenage, now there are marks on my face with less intensity of pimples, my concern is how to improve complexion.

Hello, Greetings from myyog.com, There are many changes in hormones that may lead to pimples during the period of teenage, and due to improper maintenance of hormones, there may be chances of aggravation of pimples. Gradually after certain ages, there may be marks left on facial skin which may seems to be marks. To prevent that acne symptoms, you need to be on regular diet which is healthy and consume vegetables, green vegetables, which are having antioxidant properties are advisable. Local hygiene is very important for external application as well as internal usage. You can apply some medicated oil or creams which are indicated followed by steams or fomentation which is also very important. There may be localized skin infection which is very useful.
